Pain below belly button

Asked for Female, 30 Years

I am 14 weeks pregnant and I got a jerk while I was getting up on bed or get down from bed. After this I having continuous pain in below belly button to a particular area. Is it normal or am I having any problem? Please reply.

If pain persists or bleeding, then better get a Sonography done. It can also be due to muscle pull which will subside later.
