Pain back of right knee
Whenever i finish my lunch or dinner...while standing up, their is a severe pain at the back of my knee (right leg). The pain is more severe when i perfom my namaz..the pain is observed only when my right leg is bend for 180 degree...while sitting on chair or while riding bike, i dont feel any pain

Hi, it could be due to injury to the ligaments or to the articular surface of knee.
Kindly consult orthopedician for further evaluation and treatment....
