Pain at upper back
Due to continuously sitting on chair... It build pressure on upper back when I sit and work specially on right side on back collar

Your question itself having answer try to avoid long duration of sitting take enough breaks every 30 min your muscle might be weak so better to consult a Physiotherapist to get proper diagnosis and get treated
