Pain at the left shoulder
Hi dr My mom aged 46 yrs is dm htn was using metformin sr 500mg od and for htn olmi bp h...from 3 days first she developed left shoulder pain and also chest pain with nausea and green color loose stool twice a day We did her ecg trop t and 2 d echo they are normal should I go for tmt or is the pain related to heart or no please confirm and help what should be done next to relive her and what's the cause of pain and the pain subsides after pan d and Ultracet

This pain seems more of musculoskeletal but as we look at her age and risk factors like diabetes and hypertension better we go for coronary CT angiogram.

More likely the pain is gastric related. But since she has diabetes and hypertension it is better to get a simple TMT test done to rule out heart disease
