Iam getting pain at chest area since from two months and initially it was just near chest area after one month pain has been radiated to left arm.I have done with ecg ,2d echo which are normal and TMT result is negative with inducible inschemia.And I also went to gastroenterologists and done endoscopy which is normal.But am still getting pain at chest and left arm.please suggest me what to do.Is it heart problem.

At your age, and with TMT normal, you surely 100 percnt dont have any heart problem. Dont get any furthur cardiac evaluation please. Rule out other causes like nerve pain.
