I've been having pain near anus area from 7 months.and anal fissure is confirmed by doctor.from last two months they has been solved but still anal is paining and I am not seeing any cut.but my anal part is swollen

Anal tone must be high, if so medical or surgical procedure will help, still try natural laxative like green vegetables, salads fruits
