Pain at anal area
Sharp and intermitent pain felt ocassionally at anus area during 14 weeks of pregnancy. i m afraid whether its a sign of short cervix

Short cervix usually doesn't cause pain. Pregnant women are prone to piles. Do an ultrasound to assess cervical length and internal os. Also see a surgeon for your pain.

Constipation or fissure can  be the cause so drink more water  , green vagetables if not cured consult ggynaecologist
