  4. Pain around left eye. Blocking lenses?

Pain around left eye
I'm experiencing some pain behind my left eye since the past few days, I'm a Software Engineer and my screen time is around 9 hors daily. Should I consult a doctor ? Should I try using anti glare blue light blocking lenses ?

Like the answers? Consult privately with the doctor of your choice

Get adequate sleep. Try to blink your eyes more frequently. Try to look far away after 20mins of screen time. Drink adequate water.
Next Steps
if you have a problem in vision ,check your refraction in nearby ophthalmologist.
