Well it might be normal for your age...but then to do lifting and all you need to train up yourself.. its probably because of lack of stamina...i suggest you to exercise well so that yoy can gain strength...thank you

Hello....... You must lift weight which is optimal for you.. When you are having all these symptoms don't lift weight.. Have nutritious foods, do warming up exercise and cardio exercises rather than weight lift.. Don't take any weight gain medicines with the advice of gym trainer.
