Pain and swelling in legs near ankles

Asked for Female, 40 Years

I have varicose veins but not that severe issue. Since a week I'm feeling pain and swelling in my legs below calves and near ankles. The pain is at certain points from ankles towards calves. When I press those points, the impression of my fingers persist for some time. The pain in increasing day by day. Please advise whom should I consult with.
