Pain and swelling
Hi there, I met with accident 15days back.had gone to hospital and x ray done for ankel and foot.no issue found in xray.Had swelling and pain .Dr gave me some pain killer and elastic crepe bandage to use for few days.i used it and had medicine also.
However still i face pain in my foot and if i walk and stand ,pain increases suddenly.what could be the reason and what should i do.please suggest

Might b ur ankle has been twisted. So U should take physiotherapy treatment.. may b ur all problame will b solved.. take ift, ultra sound and hot pack.. do some strengthening and joint stretching exercises..
