Pain and irritation while peeing

Asked for Female, 30 Years

I am having itchiness in anal area . When i pee it hurts and there is irritation as well. I am drinking plenty of coconut water and normal water but then pain still persists. This is happening since 4 days after i had sex using condom, can it be the reason for it?
