Pain and irritation in the penis.

Asked for Male, 19 Years

8 days back, I had a wet dream and I had a orgasm. Since then I'm having irritation after I urinate. And 6 days back I pulled my foreskin of the penis and wiped With my finger to clean the white stuff. Since then Iam having pain. In the penis. And yesterday again I had wet dream and orgasm happened, pain in the penis and irritation for 15-20 minutes after I urinate is still there. Please recommend me medications or tell me whether the pain and irritation will reduce without medications after few days?
