  4. Pain and cold. Go for any other tests?

Hello doctor, I am feeling sometimes pain on my upper left chest backside and sometimes cold on left hand fingers and also on feet. Also experiencing fatigue on left hand during night time. Why this is happening to me? Please explain? I checked ECG twice and report was clear. Do I need to go for any other tests? Please confirm

Coldness alone don’t need any tests of there is colour change or pain u can get a Doppler scan for limbs
