I seem to have developed boils on my scalp area and some are painful , mostly small in size some are visible and the area is red with heaviness and pain at the base of the neck.

1.Tab Pan 40 mg once daily before breakfast.
2.Tab Zefu 500 mg twice daily after meals.
3.Tab Allegra 180 mg once daily at night.
4.Tab Enzoflam one as needed for pain.
5.Fucidin cream plus Metrogyl gel . Mix them
In 1:1 ratio and apply twice daily .
6.Follow up with me after 5 days.

Hello..... You should have attached photo of boil. Now I have to relay on your explanation only.. Boil in scalp is due to bacterial infection,commonly staphylococcal infection. A boil is a skin infection that starts in a hair follicle or oil gland. Consult dermatologist before taking medication.
