Pain and bleeding during intercourse

I have 9 years old son and im having a hars time getting pregnant again and i feel some rectal and bleeding during sex but after i dont feel anything and i have alot of pimples coming out but before i dont have.. i just wondering if i have endometriosis or pelvic inflammatory disease
