Pain&pressure in ano ,3months piles surg

Asked for Male, 22 Years

22 male, hemarrhoidectomy grade 3 done on 22 dec 2020, felt good for 2 monthsbut now feeling pressure and warm at ano (no blood in stool)since 15 march.Went to doctor ,done PR told me no hemarrhoids gave laxatives but still feeling same Is it hemarrhoids? fissures? Is it normal after hemarrhoidectomy? What happened to me? pls help ,which doctor to consult
