Pain & burning while urination

Asked for Female, 21 Years

I feel severe pain & burning in my lower stomach while urinating. Additionally, I'm not able to withhold the urine as it starts paining. Sometimes, while urination, it starts paining in entire stomach. What can be the possible cause & it's treatment?
