Pain After ZSR Circumcision

Hello Doctor, I am 37Years old with History of Diabetic for above 10years. I had frequent Cuts And infection on my foreskin so I did ZSR Circumcision as per doctor advice. Doctor informed me that only 2-3 days I may feel sensitivatiom issues there won't be any pain but almost 6days over after the surgery l. I am facing many issues. Not able to walk normally Pain around the surgery areas pain killers Not working. Urine flow is not like earlier. Kindly Help whether My issues are normal or any mistakes in the procedure.
