Pain after semen discharge and urination

Asked for Male, 28 Years

I am suffering pain when urination as well as after semen discharge from last six month. Doing URINE'S RE&ME result *ok*. Doing UROFLOWMETRY on date 23/06/2018 it is also *normal* prostate size 18cc. And post void urine 100cc. Taking alfuzosin tab 02 months but no result and problem still alive small amount of urine pass and burning sensetion at the time of urination and also after semen discharge
