The Root canal had been completed yesterday for left lower tooth. I feel no pain unless suddenly my upper tooth touches the treated tooth. The pain is sudden and lasts for a second or two.

This is pretty much expected in some cases.No medication required unless pain persists beyond a couple of minutes.
It would settle in a couple of days but if you do not feel any relief within 2-3 days please consult your dentist for some possible occlusal adjustments.
