Pain after open uterus surgery
My mother has undergone open uterus removal surgery on June 1 2021. But for last 5 days she is having pain inside end of stitch portion which is left lower abdomen. She felt pain while walking, sneezing, coughing  while walking in steps else not. So please help me what should I do for her

Is there any discharge or swelling at stitch site? Is there any bulge on sneezing, coughing which reduces on lying down? It can be a case of surgical site infection or Incisional hernia but final diagnosis can be confirmed after clinical examination and investigation (if required) only.
