Paediatric vomiting
My son 3yrs vomited in the morning today, we have given paneer butter dosa along with sapota juice . he vomited for 1 hr 10 times minimum, is there any food allergy with both combination?

It doesn't appear like food allergy. Appears more like acute gastroenteritis.
Will need more info if he has developed any rash, tummy aches or loose stools.
Most important thing is to keep him hydrated & give him oral rehydration fluids. Ensure he is passing urine frequently.
