My Kid is 1.5 yrs old,his digestion system is very week from few days,he is suffering from lose-motion and vomiting ,if he is eating any thing he will vomit after some time or lose motion.

He is suffering from gastroenteritis. Take him to a pediatrician for the treatment. Meanwhile give ors to prevent dehydration.
