Hello Doctor, Please tell the exact dosage of Dolo 250, Ibugesic plus and Meftal P for my 8 year old son who's weight is approximately 26 kg. Thank you

Dolo 250mg, 8ml Ibugesic plus or Meftal P, 13ml so not possible, better shift to tablet or 10ml max
