Pads vs tampons vs menstrual cup
So I was always looking for options and alternatives for pads as they were always messy and uncomfortable for me. So I researched online and came across menstural cup and tampons. I was little nervous at first but I thought of giving my first try to tampons. At first I wasn't able to insert it properly so I removed it and again gave it a try and it was adjusted perfectly. I used a panty liner beneath on my underwear just in case. And since that day I have been loving tampons over pads .I change my tampons after every 4 hours to avoid tss (toxic shock syndrome.). Now I recommended it to one of my friend who also liked it.but when she went to her gynaecologist, the doc said that until and unless you deliver your first baby, you should avoid using menstural cup or tampons as it will widen your vaginal region and in future it will lead to miss carriage because it cannot hold the baby /sperm inside because of the wide vagina.i found it a little funny honestly..what is your take on that.

No,  this things not responsible for miscarriage n all.. Miscarriage happens due to inability to hold concepitus by uterus n cervix.. No role of vaginal in that.. Only concern with tampons if forget to remove then it leads to toxic shock syndrome..
