Oxygen saturation
One month back iam covid positive,now iam completely recovered but 20 days onwards daily iam checking the oxygen saturation it was around 95_96 is it any problem and how to increase the spo2.

95 - 96 is absolutely fine Post covid you have to do lung exercises to increase your lung capacity Simple would be to blow a balloon

95-96% is absolutely normal. Don’t worry You can do breathing exercise Take deep breath and hold it for 25 seconds. Repeat this 4-5 times every 4 hourly
