  4. Oximeter readings fluctuate. Fluctuates?

Oximeter readings fluctuate
When i measure my father's oxygen saturation it fluctuates mostly 97 but from 97 it goes to 98 then dips to 97 then 96 and 95 then again rise to 96 then 97. It fluctuates between 98 to 95... Is it serious??? And y does it fluctuates??
