Oximeter reading
Do oximeters show wrong values when used on cold hands? I used on index finger once and my hands were very cold, it showed 93-98 and the pi was very less and then I put on my middle finger the pi was fine and reading was 98-99 I then made my hands warm by rubbing them against each other and then it was 98-99 on index and middle finger. What is my oxygen level exactly?

Yes. When your hands are cold all the small blood vessels in the hands shrink. Surely amount of blood flowing through them is less and so is Oxygenation.
