Ovulation kind of pain

Asked for Female, 26 Years

I am 4 weeks 5 days pregnant Today! and have a pain in left side! It's the same side I had ovulation pain and the same side that feels "stretched".... it doesn't feel like period cramps, but rather a "tightening" and it goes on the way through to my back. Y this is happening? Is this an ectopic?
