Ovulation blood or implantation blood?
Last night at about 10:26 pm I went to the bathroom ( completely normal ) but when I wiped I saw a string of blood with a small amount of light pink discharge. When I was finished, I went to lay down, shortly after my right ovary started lightly cramping ( it was a dull ache, not unbearable. ) About an hour later I used the bathroom again & there was no blood or discharge. my period is due April 15th and I usually have irregular periods. I am sexually active.

According to your explanation bleeding is I think ovulation bleeding.in some patient rupture of follicle causes pain abdomen and bleeding per vaginal after that no pain and no bleeding.
