Today is my 15th day of mc my follicle size 26mm on 12th day trigger shot on same day. But still my bbt 97.4F . How do I confirm that ovulation occurred or not? Let me know.

Basal body temperature is not the best way to evaluate ovulation. An ultrasound to confirm rupture and release of follicles is better as it is more definitive
