I have 2/3 ovraincyst in my laft ovry the size big one is2cm×3cm and the volume of ovary is 30cc what should I do did I need surgery
And if I go for surgery my ovray will remove or only cysts please suggest

You under go surgery only if you have severe pain
They should try to remove only cyst preserve the ovaries
