Try hard to loose but gain weight quite faet everytime I loose. I loose weight workingbhard and control my diet but I tend to regain the lost weight in no time

Diet and exercise is key to loose weight. Hormonal conditions like hypothyroidism, PCOS etc contribute further for weight gain. Get your insulin fasting and thyroid profile tested if reports are abnormal then appropriate treatment will help to loose weight.
