My weight is 62 kg. And hight is 155 cm . My diet is so heavy. I need 5 chapatis in lunch and dinner. What can I do ?? Which exercise I can perform in morning ?? Which machine need for that ?? Please help sir/mam .

Oki. Instead of eating chapatti at a time go fr small meals and repeated meals . and healthy snacking in between also with fruits or non oil snack. Go fr 30 mins brisk walk daily .. atleast 5 days a week. This will help you. Not necessary tht u should get a machine. Good luck.
