Does hempusha increase weight? I have periods pain issues but I dont want to increase my weight. Can I take hempusha?

Who said that if you take some pill weight will increase.. Newer low dose pills dont increase weight.. Also the fact s if you hv pain during periods then first do an ultrasound to rule out endometriosis ,fibroid etc
