Hi good to see your query. First thing is now that now this is season is not for swimming. These two are good exercises for all. So you are or should be fit even Diabetes take low calorie foods brown rice breads no plain rice, take all whole grains,15g pulse, sprouts in meals. All citrus fruits, all gourd family vegetables, average animal protein ,D.T milk 300ml, chana,plain paneer, cheese, fish daily egg white only.no red meats or no high calorie foods. No fried, fast,junk,out side street foods,.no banana, sweets, liw salt. Low spicy foods. Oil not more than 20ml. Plant based vegetables are better. Salad, whole fruits except banana, dry fruits, Bette r calorie management. Exercises mild level are Bette r no stress.
