Overnight Palms are reddish and itchy

Asked for Male, 25 Years

Dear Doctor, Overnight my palms are reddish and itchy. I could not slip comfortably either due to itch palms. I am having medications for Viral fever and anti allergic tablets right now. One year before I have been treated for Scabies and it took 1 month to completely resolve. This time what can be these symptoms? How fast shall I take action.
