Overactive urinary bladder
I am 26 years male having overactive urinary bladder since my childhood. But for the last 2 years little urine leakage is occurring while feeling urge . Once I consulted a urologist and he gave different test. All was normal . So he prescribed medicine like detrol, oxytol. But as a side effect of this medicine stool becomes hard and I have a tendency of anal fissure occuring for little hard stool. So I have to stop taking this medicine . So , please tell some good absorbent pad which can hold urine more than 400ml.

Good evening, Overactive bladder is very uncommon at this age and especially in male gender. I believe you have undergone a lot of tests for the same. I could empathize with the ordeal to get it treated. However I would wish to see those reports first. It is prudent to treat the cause of over active bladder. If you were to use the pads for a long term there could be issues like local skin infection etc. Also with an overactive bladder the voiding pressure might get reflected to the kidney and eventually deteriorate the kidney function. I would very much like to figure out the cause of overactive bladder for you. Do let me know if you with to do a video/audio consultation on Practo.
Next Steps
consultation for proper history and evaluation
Health Tips
please stop those medications causing constipation, there are alternatives to it
