My age is 14and I am 65kg help me with a proper diet. I am very wooried.what to do now????????????????????????????????

Hi Cool, don't be too stressed regarding your weight, that may cause hormonal alterations and increase your weight. don't try drastic measures of weight loss, that may lead to problems in your life later, so try just 4-5 kgs max per month. Simple walking 45 mins per day is t best exercise, you can increase t duration if u can. Take small frequent meals, with high fiber. good amount of fruits and vegetables with barley, ragi, whole wheat grain, sprouts, etc may help you. Don't try to starve or restrict too much that will lead to binge eating. Most important don't skip your breakfast that will increase your weight and drink 8-10 glasses of water per day. all t best.
