Please exercise regularly, 20 minutes, 3 days a week. Avoid fried foods, fast foods, carbonated drinks, sugary desserts. Diet + exercise is the only proven sure fire way to lose weight. Please don't expect results immediately, it's a slow process, be patient and regular. You are young, starting a health routine will do wonders for your health. Exercising regularly will also keep your pco problem in check.
