Hi, In bipolar mood disorder you may have manic, hypomanic, depressive episode. Some time mix episode. Some stressor and life style factors may precipitate your mood episode so please be aware about such thing so frequent episode can be prevented. Currently for your depressive episode you should continue valparin 500 , Try olanzapine 5mg + fluoxetine 20 mg combination, if you tolerate it then continue till your depression is there. If you not tolerate it then you should try low dose sertraline 25 mg for depression. Better you consult your nearby psychiatrist as detail history of your mood episode is missing here and it is better to decide medicine after proper history. Thank you.
