Over Emotional nature
Even the smallest and the totally unimportant things also hurt me a lot. I literally feel the chest pain sometimes. I believe I am brave when it comes to the adventures in situations but to face people and their emotions like anger, dislikes is not less than a nightmare to me. I wish I could ignore others views and opinions when needed so that they stop hurting me. I feel emotionally vulnerable and weak and this is eating up all the precious time in my life. I want to be a stronger person.

Seems like you are very sensitive and emotional person. Appreciate your great quality of being brave to face situation. Somewhere down the line you are giving importance to people's reactions, because others opinion dominates yours. Analysing and acting on the respective situation would be wiser and feasible.  When you feel hurt, why not express your feelings assertively to the concerned person than swallowing the pain to yourself. By doing so you are not finding fault in others or blaming others.  Just express how you felt ONLY ABOUT THAT INCIDENT and nothing more, nothing less.  Move on by letting go of any past issues. Don't keep retrieving bitter thoughts time and again.
