Over dose of Zyrtec 10ml ceterizine

My daughter is of 21 months old.. She is having running nose and cold.. Dctr suggested (zyrtec cetirizine syrup 10ml bottle) dosage as 0.5ml but today accidently I gave 1ml
I'm worried if it becomes an overdose.. Plz suggest my next steps..

Relax. Next time use herbs crushed ginger, cloves3-4, whole black peper and jaggery. Boil in water150ml and concentrate to 100ml. Cool it and feed warm concoction(kadda).it works wonders. You can use nasivion nasal drops with distilled water. Don t give too much of drugs.. Take care of mosquito to prevent malaria and dengue. Use mosquito repellent. Follow hygine

She ll be fine . Avoid giving further doses for next 2 days. Be cautious about doses in future
