Over active bladder

Asked for Male, 26 Years

I have been suffering from over active bladder according to doctor for one month.I have been taking Miratas-25.But no progress.Still have urgency to pee and I have burning sensation in my penis and sometimes in testicles.I don't have pain in my lower abdomen or burning sensation there.I also have pain in one side of lower back and under lower ribs.There is nothing in urine culture,CT scan , Ultrasonography,X ray of KUB. I have bone pain in different parts and feeling weak.Can it be cancer? If yes how can I be sure? What are the tests? Please help.
