You have most likely developed hirsutism due to your  raised androgens. So the answer to your question lies in  not only treating your facial hair with lasers or IPL but in lowering the androgens. You will have to SIMULTANEOUSLY work on them. And by that I don't mean just go to the gynecologist and start on pills etc or go to the dermatologist and start your hair reduction treatment...I mean you will have to HELP YOUR DOCTORS by MODIFYING LIFESTYLE . Eat a healthy and balanced diet , exercise 45 min everyday, and sleep by 10:30 and wake up at 6! Else no matter how many pills you take and laser sessions you do , you will either 1... end up getting hirsutism after a successful treatment or 2. End up NOT getting a result at all. Understand that facial hair is not only a cosmetic issue, it is a HEALTH ISSUE. Make your body fit and your treatments will give you  LONG LASTING RESULTS . Also, remember that the treatment is called hair REDUCTION, not removal. There is never a 100% hair removal response.
