Ovarian and Tumor problem. Be concernd!

My name is Afifa. I am unmarried. I have been diagnosed with cysts several years back and also with Fibroadenoma (diagonised 4 years back). However I have not went for a proper medication. I also have thyroid. Recently I have experienced weight loss, complete outbreak of pimples on face, loss of appetite, indigestion followed by irregular bowel movement and vomiting at times. I experience abdominal and side pains at the back some time.I went through an operations last year of appendicitis.Unfortunately, the appendicitis perforated and I have to go through abscess process and appendicitis was not removed. Later diagnosed it was not there though. My main concern areas are these along with major change in my breast size. It aches alot especially at the side of underams and feels way to heavy than my body size. I have itching and nipple discharge too some times.I am a bit concerned. Kindly suggest properly treatment or diagnosis if any required at moment or if it's something to be concernd
