Breast tumor. Breast and whole abdomen.

My name is Afifa. I am unmarried. I have been diagnosed with cysts several years back and also with Fibroadenoma (diagonised 4 years back). However I have not went for a proper medication. I also have thyroid. Recently I have experienced weight loss, complete outbreak of pimples on face, loss of appetite, indigestion followed by irregular bowel movement and vomiting at times. My main concern areas are these along with major change in my breast size. It aches a lot especially at the side of under ams and breast feels way to heavy than my body size. I have itching and nipple discharge too some times.I am a bit concerned. Kindly suggest properly treatment or diagnosis if any required at moment or if it's something to be concerned. I will be going for health check up. Want an opinion if mammography is suggestive or should I opt for USG of both breast and whole abdomen.
