Outgrowth on nose
My nephew has a wart like skin out growth
on his nose which seems to be growing in size. He also has persistent cough which is not getting better with medicine. 2days he had fever as well.

For the wart,consult a skin specialist,he will remove it by cautery.
Give just steam inhalations for cold and cough and decongestant nasal drops for nasal block or increased cough on lying down.
Use paracetamol for fever and repeat every 4 hours if required.
