I have been itching in my outer ear for a week then it starts swelling. Now it almost block my ear. Swelling part is of red colour.

As per your description you might have developed perichondritis..may need aspiration of the collected fluid from the pinna..and pressure bandage.. visit an ENT specialist for proper assessment..
